Law Enforcement Peer Support

Southern NV Peer Support Mission Statement, February 19, 2025

At Southern NV Peer Support, we are a dedicated team of Law Enforcement Officers, 911 Dispatchers, and Corrections Officers—all certified in Law Enforcement Peer Support from The Law Enforcement Alliance for Peer Support (LEAPS)—committed to ending the #1 killer of cops: suicide.

We stand on the front lines, not only in service to our communities but in support of each other. Our mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health in law enforcement, ensuring that every officer, dispatcher, and corrections professional knows that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

We are here to empower our brothers and sisters in uniform, providing them with the tools, support, and resources necessary to recover from trauma and return to duty in a mentally healthy way.

We take zero profit from our efforts. Every donation and every dollar earned from merchandise sales goes directly toward purchasing essential supplies—water, Gatorade, protein snacks, and other critical items—that enable us to effectively support officers after a dangerous, traumatic, or high-stress incident.

At Southern NV Peer Support, we believe that no officer fights alone—because together, we can save lives.
